Access to my site and purchase of URL renewal

    I have a website, globalwarmingbasics.org, which I’ve lost control of. When attempting to get in, I’m given the message that I have no sites. Also, the renewal of my URL is coming up and I cannot renew when I go to the Purchase page. Ironically, I can see my name listed as ‘giordanohernandez.’

    Even if it’s not possible to gain control of my site I would like to renew the URL whose deadline is January 3/2023.

    I can provide my password and the email associated with the account. Password is [redacted]. Email is [redacted].

    I can also provide a hard photocopy of my driver’s license through the mail.

    Please help! Even if I never get my website back at least being able to renew the URL will be a great relief.

    I do not see any upgrades under your @giordanohernandez WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
    I can confirm that globalwarmingbasics.org is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @giordanohernandez login.
