Access to my site(s)

I have several sites at WordPress but can only access three from this computer. This is the result of a recent problem I had with email. In fixing the email problem I had to delete cookies on this computer. I can access all the sites on another computer. This is a two-part question:
1. Why are all my site at Worpress not grouped together so that when I click the ‘My Sites’ icon I can see all of them?
2. How can I get access to the sites that do not show up when I click ‘My Sites’?
The sites I can get:
