Access to my stats blocked and only option is to upgrade from Jetpack free

  I have been unable to see my jetpack stats on wordpress all day today.
  I only get asked about whether I need a commercial license and when i say no and try to continue, it automatically redirects me to a checkout page for a commerical license for 10k views anyway. (I don’t get that many views to my website ever).
  What’s happening?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes
