  Are you not seeing this site within the Switch Sites options on your My Sites dashboard?

  If this is the case, do you happen to have another account that this particular site might be under?

  The domain sagehealthcentre.co appears to no longer be registered. The good news is that this means you’ll be able to add it to your WordPress.com site by buying a plan then registering the domain again:
