  I am owner of website cocofoods.com
  I have all sign on rights —- but our consultant who has admin is not longer available to us.
  I need to be able to get those full admin rights from WP

  Instead your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
