Hello, I am the new secretary of NDHP Motorcycle Fraternity and was designated to keep our website updated. Our website was built in WordPress and was NDHPMF.com. We recently lost all access to our account. I cannot get into the website to update, the public cannot see the website, and I am at a loss. Our domain name is good through 2023 with GoDaddy. Do we owe you money? How can we as a club or me as the secretary get our website back? Please help!!!!! I have all of our old login info if that would help you/us. Please let me know what I/we can do.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. https://wordpress.org/support/ is an excellent resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
