Access to services that have lapsed

  Hi,
  I have a wordpress site, but have not accessed it for a few years. In that time, the packages I had have lapsed. When I try to upgrade them I am told to contact support – but there is no support, I think because my packages have lapsed. What can I do?

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is it connected to a wordpress.com account for login.

  You can log in at https://asomiithia.com/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up that site or with youur Godaddy credentials.
