access to setting

    I cannot access my setting. I have the following info sent from softcalculus
    (A new installation of WordPress 4.9 has been completed. The details of the installation are shown below:
    Path : (given)
    URL : http://thorntoneducationtrust.org
    Admin URL : (given)
    Admin Username : (given)
    Admin Password : ********
    Admin Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff))

    When I go into WordPress I can’t get to the site settings.
    … I don’t know the password.
    And when I put in that email address I can’t get to it (it isn’t accepted). Catch 22.
    I set this up a while ago and simply don’t recall what the password etc is.
