  I cannot access my site to make changes – I am sent to Jetpack. An hour later and I cannot make a simple change to my site.

  This is WordPress.com forum, the website you are using is built on open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), which is hosted elsewhere rather than WordPress.com. To avoid confusion about WordPress.com vs WordPress.org please know the differences from here https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
  
  However, you can try to access you website from https://enterprise21.com.au/wp-login.php using “Log in with username and password“
