If the site you meant is dukinfieldlabour.wordpress.com, please log out from 27999jtaylor and login as dukinfieldlabour.
To reset your password, you need to have the access to the email that is currently recorded in the account to perform the password reset: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#password-reset-process
In case you lost the access to the email or didn’t receive the password reset form, you need to provide the following information for the Account Recovery process:

I have no proof from my setting up period, I cant use my usual password, my original email was (email visible only to moderators and staff) password to access admin was (redacted) , I changed email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and now can’t get into my admin .

Hmm. I hate to confuse things further, but there aren’t any sites connected to this WordPress.com user account. What site are you trying to work on?
I’m wondering if you are simply trying to access the wrong user account for the site.

Would you be able to send the full URL for the dukinfieldlabour site? We should be able to locate the site once we have that.

Hi there, the “new” email address that you mentioned is on the 27999jtaylor account you are logged in here with.
The dukinfieldlabour account has a different email address on it, and I don’t see any email address changes in our logs for this account.
Can you think of another email address that you may have used to set up the dukinfieldlabour account and website?

I did run the email address that is on the dukinfieldlabour account through an email verifier, and it says that it is working. If you can remember that address and get logged into it, then you can use the forgot password link and get into the site.

it was set up with my other email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) I keep trying this and get it’s not recognised that’s what started the problems for me when I use the admin link. I will keep trying many thanks .

Here’s a little trick you can try.
Use the username dukinfieldlabour instead of the email in the password reset tool and then check for the password reset message in every email address you and your colleagues have access to.
