access to stats, edit, and contact

    I cannot access either the “stats” page, or the “contact” page to ask why. Both appear as blank pages. And now, today, the “new” edit fails to open. Also (from some days past) the menu bar is different between the “old” edit page (which I prefer) and the “new” edit page—which currently fails to open altogether. Why is that?

    Hi there,

    If the My Site page loads blank, it means your browser is not loading all the code that page needs to work properly.

    Clear your browser cache, make sure your browser allows JavaScript code, and try disabling any ad-blocker or anti-tracking extensions you have active in the browser.

    Solve Common Browser Issues

    If that doesn’t help, please check if using a different browser or another internet connection makes any difference.

    Of which menu bar are you speaking? The new block editor was designed completely from the ground up, so does not include the same features you’ll see in the classic editor, but those difference have been there since the block editor was first launched over a year ago, so I’m not sure what recent changes you’re referring to.
