Access to Support

I have a problem. I’ve been blogging since 2003, and have extensively tried and used various publishing platforms, including MovableType, Squarespace and Typepad. I have just migrated my entire writing to WordPress, having discovered your excellent features and flexibility. However, as a new user to WP, I have several queries/problems on which I need support.
Problem is, I am located in India. Whenever I login, the “Support” site is closed and there is no “feedback” link in the dashboard, and no discernible means to contact support with my query.
I’ve also read several replies on forums and support pages advising users to send their query/concern using the feedback system and NOT post it on the forum itself! So, how do I get around this? I intend to blog only between 9 am and 7 pm Indian Standard Time.
It would really help if an email link could be made available to folks like me, in off-working hours…
