What are you trying to do with snap? Not sure what you’re asking. Are you tryin to turn it off within your own browser?

no i am trying to add the updated code – where I followed the link to the main site & added my logo to the corner, changed the colors of the background to match my theme, etc, now it tells me that “To go to your site via FTP or via HTML editor & paste the code that was just generated before the closing </body> tag.

Are you on WordPress.com? We don’t edit our own HTML here, or update our own operational code.

The only options we have in Snap are to turn it on or off for our site, and you do that by going to Dashboard — > Presentation — > Extras.

A blog comes up for that user name, Rain.

I’m thinking you’re talking about making changes to the snap popup maybe? We can’t change that as it’s hardcoded into the code that generates the popup here.
