Access to the NSW Branch site within ICF Australasia

    I’m assisting the ICF with dashboard reporting and am trying to access their WordPress site to extract data. This can be verified by contacting (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff). They have created an account called NSWMentor but as I’m already a member of the ICF they can’t use my corporate email (email visible only to moderators and staff). I was hoping to use my personal email (email visible only to moderators and staff) to enable access to the NSW Branch information for reporting purposes.

    Hi there!

    To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    You would need to reach out to whoever set up your account to ask them to change your email address for you.
