Access to Titan Control Panel
-
Hi, I have two sites, both using Titan for email. Firs site is working fine, the second (after switching to Yootheme) has stopped working. Initially issue with setting the spf domain reconrds, which was solved but then realised no one was getting emails (despite no return message). Seems something to do with DKIM which requires access to the Titan Control panel, which I can’t access (because I purchased the email through WordPress?). I’ve managed to get a workaround through gmail but I want this resolved. Any help??

Hi there,
Good morning. I hope you’re doing great.
Did you refer to furrowproperty.co.uk as the website where you’re experiencing the issue? If so, it looks like you’re using self-hosted WordPress, not WordPress.com.
https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/furrowproperty.co.uk
Therefore, it’s recommended to open a support ticket at the following URL for WordPress.org support.
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You can also contact your hosting support, and they can assist you with the DNS record issue affecting email delivery.
To understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, please check the article below.
WordPress powers millions of websites, from bloggers and small businesses to massive news sites and companies. This guide will help you to understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and which might be the best fit for your website. Hi there!
It looks like you’re experiencing issues with your Titan email service for the site furrowproperty.co.uk, and I’m here to help.
I can see that the name servers for your domain are not pointing to WordPress.com, which means the DNS settings are managed by a third-party hosting provider.
Since you mentioned that you purchased the Professional email service (Titan) through WordPress.com, please make sure the correct MX records are added to your domain’s DNS settings. You can follow the instructions provided in this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/professional-email/get-started/#manually-set-up-your-email
I also recommend contacting your hosting provider to ask them to remove any unnecessary or conflicting MX records. You can also request their assistance in adding the DKIM records required by Titan to your DNS settings.
This will help ensure that your email functions correctly and that messages are delivered as expected.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We’re here to help!
