  I’ve looked further into the website access issue, and it still seems that we don’t have full admin access. Each time I check, restrictions remain in place. Did WordPress ever get back to you about this? I’m more than happy to reach out to them directly on your behalf if that would help

  If you don’t have full admin access, it’s possible that your account has a different role assigned. You can check your current role by going to:

  WordPress Dashboard → Users → All Users

  If your profile shows “Administrator,” then you have full admin rights. If it shows a different role, then you may have limited access. You can learn more about the different user roles available on WordPress.com here:
