  Hi I have a wordpress website thesuitcaseband.com but cannot access it – I am told that:
  As checked the A record or the website service is not pointing to our server. Its pointing elsewhere.

  See below:

  thesuitcaseband.com NS records
  thesuitcaseband.com name server ns2.ipage.com.
  thesuitcaseband.com name server ns1.ipage.com.

  thesuitcaseband.com MX records
  thesuitcaseband.com mail is handled by 30 mx.thesuitcaseband.com.

  Please contact your website supplier and ask them why the website is not working.

  How do I access my site to make these changes?

  Your domain thesuitcaseband.com points to ipage.com and not WordPress.com. I assume you are WordPress.org user.
