  my username [redacted] BUT..password [redacted] not working
  AND…email (email visible only to moderators and staff) is not recognized,

  Never post login and password for a website on a public forum!! Also your site is using the standalone version of wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/

  Hello there, you’ll want to immediately change that username and/or password on any site that you’ve used them on. This forum is public and quickly indexed by search engines.

  Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, as @staartmees mentioned, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they likely have more experience with the type of issue you are having.
