Access to website customizer

  I have a WordPress website I want to customize. When I type in the .com address the site shows up but there is no edit option or link. My bank shows the annual subscription has been taken. When I try to access the site via WordPress I enter WordPress successfully using my username and (updated) password to be told I have no site! I can find no way of communicating with WordPress via telephone, email or chatline.

  There are no WordPress.com sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. What is the URL of the site you want to customise? Please don’t share any transaction information here, the URL is all I need :)

  Thanks — you’ll need to log in a different account in order to manage latiendafrigiliana.com. Please try logging is as latiendafrigiliana and see if you are able to access the Customiser from My Sites > Themes > Customise.

  I have tried to access the site as you suggest, but the only response I get when I click on ´´my site is that I don´t have one. M

  No when I try to log in it says that I dont have any sites. The subscription has been paid, so I am at a loss as how to update our site.

  Could you add a screen shot of what you are seeing? Upload it to the media library and I’ll be able to take a look.
