Access to website failing

Hello – I have a WordPress website hosted by TSO Hosting. I have seemingly lost all access to my website chrisclarkeweathervanes.co.uk
When I try to log in (https://www.chrisclarkeweathervanes.co.uk/wp-login.php) I get the message Error: Google reCAPTCHA verification failed. The response is no longer valid: either is too old or has been used previously
The email address that was used to login to the site was (email visible only to moderators and staff) – this email address has been permanently cancelled and I think this might be the reason I have lost access.
I have tried to do a reset using the admin email of (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it will not let me do this.
I desperately need to regain access to manage my site so I would be extremely grateful if you could help me with this problem.

It sounds as though your website is using the self-hosted WordPress.org whereas this forum is for the managed hosting on WordPress.com. You can read the differences here:
