  Hello,

  I have paid a wordpress subscription until May 28th, 2020. And yet when I am trying to customize the blog, they are asking me to choose a payment plan? Did I miss something?

  If you’ve covered until May 2020 you must have paid in May 2019 and yet this account you’re now using was only created in September. You must have another account. Log in to that and you’ll reach your site.
