  Hi

  I reset my password but not working. When I enter the password, this message is displayed :

  Oops, that’s not the right password. Please try again!

  I have reset my password several times but still this message is displayed.

  I have access to username and email but I cant login to my account. I want to change my profile picture on Gravatar.

  What should I do? I have messaged you with another account.

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  I had created an account for the Gravatar image. My account username is HPHS.

  I can’t log in to this account.

  Just to confirm, you are trying to log into the account hphs, correct?
