access to wordpress.com problems

  I have not been able to access the website http://www.wordpress.com site for the past 3 days – from herein Shanghai, China. I can, however, access my wordpress blog no problem. Strnage. I have had to access this now via a proxy – takes times and also not all the bits load. Hence – I am having trouble updating my blog….
  Any suggestions WHY?

  This happens when I was in Beijing.

  My IT guys back then informed me that it is not necessarily because of China’s restriction or Firewall, but because of the current China’s infra-structure.

  So at times, you either cannot log onto your page or you only log into a ‘messy page’.
  You can still read your contents in a disorder manner, but you have to gamble by trying to post. Hahaha… in case you cannot link up to external server outside China.

  But of cos… I am also aware of ‘funny’ thinking China people who maybe like to play around your controls… Hahaha… China’s a big place, and with all sorts of people. So take it easy.
