Access to wp-admin for premium site is no longer available

Hello,
The organization I work with has two sites both on WordPress. We’ve decided to go back to using the old site (has a separate login). But something happened when switching the domain name over from the new site to the old site and now all of the formatting is gone from the old site and so is the wp-admin access. It’s like it’s not on WordPress anymore.
What can I do?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
