Access to wp-admin or customize

Hi, I’m having troubles to access the wp-admin page, first i get the 403 error then go to Cpanel and I’ve already checked the htaccess file and set it to ‘Allow from all’, now when i try to access wp-admin I was redirect to wp-login asking for credentials, I put the same user and password that I used to log into WordPress but it says is not correct, I try to log with the button Login with WordPress but say there is a problem, what can i do? When i try to customize the themes I recive the 403 error too.
