That site is not hosted by wordpress.com. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
This is wordpress.com support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Yes. The email could be in your email client spam filter. Check in your email spam filter and if you use gmail see here https://support.google.com/mail/troubleshooter/2935079?rd=1#ts=2935090

I’ve checked repeatedly in all spam folders and inboxes. I am not receiving the password change link sent to the email linked to the user name. Is there anyone I can contact at wordpress.org to change the email link or get assistance?
thanks for your patience. K -

I am unable to log in to my site
kaymatschullat.comno one on a forum has been able to help me retrieve my credentials because the email that delivers link for password change is apparently not connected to my email.
Does anyone know what to do if the forums cannot solve the problem?
thanks for any help -
I have already tagged this thread for a WordPress.COM Support Staff response. Please be patient while waiting for their help.
Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

Hi @kayscriptopiaco, this site is not on our servers. It’s not connected to your account here either.
If you have access to your hosting account with GoDaddy, you can make a backup and ry one of these methods from WordPress.org can help you regain access to your account:
