Access WordPress

  I redirected a domain from WordPress and now can’t access any of our organization’s materials. I sign in to one of our organizations profiles and wordpress states we have no pages.

  What is the URL/domain of the site you need help with?

  Note that WordPress and WordPress.com are not the same thing.

  WordPress.com, where you’re posting now, is a web hosting provider, and the account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted with us. It looks like you last logged into this account five years ago. The only site you ever had with us was tuleyome.wordpress.com, and that site was deleted in 2017. You’ve never owned any domain or site redirect upgrades with us.

  WordPress is the open source software made by the community on WordPress.org, which you can install on your own server or at another hosting provider. I suspect that’s the WordPress you’re using, in which case you’ll likely need to contact support at your hosting provider to get the issue with your domain sorted out.

  For general help with that version of WordPress, you can ask in the WordPress.org community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  You’ll need to register a WordPress.org profile before you can post in those forums, as neither your WordPress.com account details, nor the admin credentials for your site itself will work there.
