  Hi,

  I am trying to access my above website via WordPress.com. The problem is it doesn’t seem to recognize my login.

  I have also tried to reset my password but it doesn’t recognize both my username or email address.

  Is someone able to assist me?

  Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is it in any way connected to a wordpress.com account. The only way to log in to your site at http://howtoexcelinlife.gregory-shaw.com/wp-admin/ using the login and password you defined when you ste up that site.

  Hello,

  I have actually login to WordPress and connected via Gravatar. It just doesn’t seem to recognize me when I straight into WordPress.

  As I already said, you can’t access your site from wordpress.com as it uses the open source wordpress.org. To get help for your site, go to https://wordpress.org/
