Accessability?
-
I love the new editor but I can only get it “sometimes.” Usually, when I go in through my back door, I get the old editor. The only time I get to use the new one is when WordPress provides a link, which is only every once in awhile. Also, I get confused about what forum I’m supposed to be in sometimes. My website is on ipage.com, and the last time I asked a question I received a very rude “no reply” response telling me that I was in the wrong forum. [I’m still a bit new to this]
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m sorry you had a bad experience the last time.
This is a support forum for sites built and hosted on WordPress.com.
If you’re self hosted and you’re using software from WordPress.org, then the correct forum would be:
https://wordpress.org/support/
To understand more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, please visit this link: -

BTW, I was reading the comparisons and would like to consider switching! Ipage.com has been unable to help me at all with a facebook integration problem.

Great, then you might consider checking out this guide:

It has the most important aspects to transfer to WordPress.com -

Once you open your account in WordPress.com, you can continue using these forums (open a new thread for a new issue) and add the tag “modlook” in the right side of the thread to get direct help from staff.
Premium plan has also the option to chat with tech support directly. -

I’ve confused myself! :) Yesterday I only completed 2 of the 3 steps to make the switch, but it now looks like I am on wordpress.com.
Daily News Jam -
dailynewsjam.com is hosted by iPage, not by wordpress.COM

Note that dailynewsjam.com is not hosted by wordpress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it, and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

okay. sorry for any confusion. Though the confusion seems to be all on me. I was going to make the switch yesterday and went through the first 2 steps and decided I needed to ponder it a bit more. I am most likely going to switch however. Thanks.

P.S. I answered your other thread here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/the-new-hi-speed-editor?replies=4#post-2523142 and I was not rude. I correctly directed you to the right support forum at http://wordpress.org/support/
