  Hi wordpress,
  i already created an account with you and paid for it. However, i am unable to log in. When i click on the log in button provided in your email, the page that comes up says i do not have a site so i should create one. The same happens when i try to log in directly from your website. Could it be that the link you sent me has expired? Anyway, i would like you to fix any technical issues that may be causing this problem as i have already created an paid for a site.

  As you have a paid account you can very easily restore access to that account using the Transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  Hi there,

  What is the site URL connected to the site you are trying to regain access to? As @staartmees mentioned, the account recovery team should be able to assist you with restoring access. Also, do you have access to the email connected to the account? If so, provide it here, and I can send a password reset link to that email.

  Thanks. It looks like you’ve got two accounts. Can you log out, then log back in using that email address but without the dot in the first part?
