  If you’re referring to the sites connected to your WordPress.com account (omopastor.com and sophisticatedlocsalon.com), then those sites are not hosted by us (WordPress.com). They’re using the open-source WordPress.org software and they’re hosted by NameCheap. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
