Accessing a different WordPress Site

  I run my own website as myself, but I also run another WordPress site on behalf of a local charity. My PC recently died and I now cannot access the other site: https://lydbrookmemhall.co.uk Does anyone know how I can regain access to the site, please, as I need to update details. Thank you.

  Hi @stuartaken, no problem. We have some tips here:

  Recover Your Account

  Your best bet may be to use the transaction ID (the article explains more). Don’t post it here. But do submit that with the other information you have using our Account Recovery form, and an account recovery team member will reach out to you.
