    Hi there,

    I see you have a site with the domian, kimberwrite.nz, connected to this account via the Jetpack plugin, but that site isn’t hosted on our servers, nor is the domain registered through us.

    I looked up the domain on the New Zealand registry’s website, and it shows the domain as available for registration. That means you most likely allowed it to expire, and no longer own it:

    If the domain expired, it’s possible the hosting plan for your site also expired, in which case your hosting provider may have already deleted your site’s files from their servers. You’ll need to contact that hosting provider directly for help restoring/recovering any data you used to have hosted with them.

    To use kimberwrite.nz again, you’ll need to re-register that domain at a domain registrar that sells .nz domains. We don’t support registration of .nz domains on WordPress.com at this time, so you won’t be able to register that with us.
