  Hi due to changes in our club management we are unable to use our website due to loss of passwords (former President cannot remember and has changed phone numbers) we need to pay for hosting and domain name we believe but are unable to do so without without access. can you please email the procedure to (email visible only to moderators and staff) I am the current President and have been invited to contribute to the site by the wordpress webmaster. Thanks in advance Terry

  Upgrades on WordPress.com are owned by the individuals that set them up, and not by companies or other organizations. Because of this, to be able to manage those upgrade (or transfer them to a new account) the original owner would need to give us their direct permission.

  Are you still in contact with the original president? If they log into their account they can ask us to transfer the upgrades here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  If they do not recall the password to log into their account but still remember the email address they used in setting it up, they can send themselves a login link by entering that address (or their username) in the form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  If they do not recall the details of their account they can use this form to contact our account recovery team directly and they will assist them in regaining access: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
