Accessing admin

When I try to access Admin for my website (bexleyinvicta.com/wp-admin), I get:

And nothing else. That is all there is on the screen. The rest is white space. No access to the dashboard, pages, posts or anything functionality whatsoever.
What is going on? It views ok, albeit with an error message in the header. How do I get control of my website back?

Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
