Accessing Admin Account

  So, I haven’t been excessively active on my blog, but I recently started trying to change that. I logged into my admin account for my website two days in a row, and everything was fine. Now, every time I try to access both the ‘.com/wp-admin’ or just my website, I get this:
  Internal Server Error

  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

  Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

  More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

  I’m really confused. Did I mess something up somehow?
