Accessing admin panel

  Hi, we recently redirected our domain from wordpress to squarespace. We still plan to leave WordPress active for a year and need to know how to access our WordPress site on the back end. We need to access it to back up our site and access our existing woocommerce which holds all of our admin accounts. Previously it was http://www.pdxjazz.org/admin, what is the new URL so we can access our old site?
