Accessing an Old Blog

  Hi. I once had a blog without advertising. It defaulted to https://cgrayflynn.wordpress.com/
  overtime. In trying to access it reinvigorate and upgrade my password is no longer working. I would like to salvage the work I have done on this blog and upgrade, but cannot access it. I know I am using the correct password as I have it in a notebook. I would simply change the password, but my email has also changed and I can no longer access my old email. Please advise.

  Log out of this account. Log back in with the correct username and password to reach that site: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/cgrayflynn/
  Then when you’re back in update the email address associated with that site.
