Accessing blog comments

The ‘Bell’ icon, on the upper task bar, (for quick access to my blog comments) is not working.

Hi there,
Can you be more specific about the issue that you are facing with the bell icon. Is the menu no opening for you or are you not able to see the comment notifications in the menu.

I get the ‘normal’ screen/window that drops down and the blue, whirling swirl that would usually indicate info retrieval but, in this case, never stops. This occurs regardless of which tab (within the window) I click on.

I have just gotten my laptop back from a professional service that did all the appropriate checks/cleanings, etc. and I have run “Cookie Cleaner” multiple times. This situation began about 2 weeks ago. I am only able to access current/all comments through my Dashboard.
