Accessing DNS settings

  I need to make some changes to my DNS settings for my domain. I believe my domain is hosted by wordpress but I can’t find any way to manage my account

  Looking back over old emails it looks like our previous admin hasn’t maintained domain mapping with wordpress. Could this be the problem? We pay Bluehost for our hosting but is mapping different?

  I don’t see a domain on the account you’re contacting us from. What’s the domain name you’re referring to so I can have a look and point you in the right direction of getting support?

  Thanks for that, this domain is mapped to a WordPress.com site, but it is registered with GoDaddy so, for any DNS updates you will want to log into their dashboard.

  Thank you, I have tried that, but they’re unable to access my DNS records as the ‘nameservers are not managed by us’. They’ve tried to bring them back to GoDaddy but there are restrictions and the nameserver cannot be modified. I’m stuck!
