Accessing domain information / Change DNS

  I am trying to open my domain settings through wordpress domains and I am getting “Domains are not available for this site.”. The other domains I have work. Is this some sort of glitch? I tried incognito mode as well just in case there was a cookie or something but nothing seems to help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there – I see a Jetpack sandbox environment that’s still connected to the domain, which is why you’re seeing that message in your WordPress.com admin for this domain. Disconnecting the sandbox from the domain should make it to where you can then manage the DNS for your domain. Would you like for me to do that?

  Hello Dean,

  Thank you for your quick response! I have no idea how that may have been enabled or what it is :S. I cannot find a way to disable it myself. Yes, you can disable it from your side and/or you can send me information on how to do it myself.
