Accessing Help For WooCommerce Extension

  I have been trying to access help for my WooCommerce extension Product Search. When I click on support I get taken to a screen that says:

  In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.
  If you have already confirmed your email address, please log out of WooCommerce.com and then login again. If you still need to confirm your email, we sent you an email to verify your email address when you signed up. You can try searching for an email from WordPress.com to find it.

  Multiple times I have clicked Resend Email Verification and the email never shows up and I have checked spam. I even changed the email address associated with the WordPress account and it still is not showing up. I was able to receive an email with the receipt showing that I purchased Product Search so I know emails are going through. This has been a spiral that has been going on for months.

  Product Search is no longer working and I need help with it and can not get the support I need because this has been a roadblock. Very frustrated!

  Just so we’re on the same page, is this for the same WordPress.com account you’re logged in to now?
