Accessing images

  First of all I want to say it’s ridiculous that I can’t contact WordPress directly and have to put pictures of children on a forum to give an example of what I needs help with. I am admin of our school website and when I add a gallery it has completely changed. I used to add pictures and when clicked into multiple times you could access that image on it’s own and parents could download the images to their phone/laptop e.g.http://stoliverplunkett.ie/?p=1886. However any new galleries I add, you cannot click into the photos even once and can barely see them e.g.http://stoliverplunkett.ie/?p=2286. How can I get my galleries back to the old way? I can’t find it anywhere on the site.

  People can contact WordPress.com directly but only if they actually have a site hosted here.
  Your site appears to be hosted at dnsireland rather than here at WordPress.com.
