accessing media library from one blog to post on another

  I have 2 blogs. some photos I would like to use in both blogs. Can I post from one blog’s media library into the other blog? Or do I need to upload the image twice, once into each media library?

  You can “hotlink” to the image URLs in blog A from blog B but I don’t recommend that. I would upload the images into the second blog.
