  I recently paid my account but although I can see my website, I can’t access WordPress to change anything. Help?

  Hey there,

  What is the URL to your site? I would like to check and see if I can find the account from my end.

  If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

  You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.

  My wordpress site is sewandsewweb.com
  My receipt number is [redacted].
  If there is a mobile app to access uploads, I’d like to use that to upload the beaded jewellery that I make.

  Thank you for that — would you be willing to find the transaction ID as well? And then instead of posting it here in the public forum, please use the account recovery form. You’ll want to log out first:

  Or, use the email address my colleague mentioned so you can reach the account recovery team privately. passwordhelp@wordpress.com

  Don’t post the information here in the public forums, though.

  Once you’ve recovered access, you’ll be able to set up a mobile app as well if you’d like.
