Accessing my Account???

I have a word-press account…I recently changed my email address for the account to a G-Suite through word-press…I do not believe it disturbed the domain name – but maybe it did…only now I can no longer access my account. It says I don’t have one…what do I do?

If you’re trying to access an installation at another host, I’d recommend asking your host for help with these steps:

Hi Marchia,
Can you tell us the URL/domain of the site you’re trying to access instead?
We cannot tell you the email address associated with a WordPress.com account, or even tell you if there’s an account associated with a particular email, under any circumstances without first verifying that you own the account in question, and we can only do that via our account recovery form.
But if you can tell us your site’s URL we can confirm whether or not it’s hosted here, and whether you need to follow our account recovery process, or work with another hosting provider instead.
