Accessing my account

I’m trying to access my blog, bitchinstyle.com that I haven’t used but pay a subscription on. I can’t remember what email it’s linked to and it doesn’t recognise the transaction ID I give from my PayPal on the recovery form :(
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
When was the upgrade purchased?Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the .wordpress.com site and purchased the upgrade?

The underlying WordPress URL is bitchinstyle.wordpress.com I think. I have no idea what the username is. I’ve tried to follow the lost log in information procedure but as I don’t know the email or username that’s not working.
The upgrade was purchased 30th November 2015, and the subscription was renewed 31st October 2016

I have been completely blocked from any access to Word Press. I have a blog. I even tried starting another and I was blocked. I tried way too many times to access my account. It had taken forever for some type of access code or something to arrive via email. By then it was too late. Help! (email visible only to moderators and staff). I can’t afford a lot, but is there a small upgrade that will let me talk or email a real person. Though I did find this finally.

You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
*Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.

What account are you trying to access? The email address you gave is the one you’re using for this account, and the fact that you’re able to post here means you’re already logged in.
