  My blog theptsc.Wordpress.com is registered but when I type in the URL it doesn’t locate it I want to know how to locate it so that I can start creating it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  https://theptsc.wordpress.com/wp-admin. That’s where you control and customize your blog.
