Accessing my newly purchased site

  I just purchased https://diy-wfu.com/ through WP about an hour ago.
  I have a prior WP account from years ago that I do not use that I think is interfering with my being able to access diy-wfu.

  when I type in https://diywfu.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ i get this message.

  User diywfupgrade Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested

  You are logged in as ‘diywfupgrade’ and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for ‘Site Title’. If you are not ‘diywfupgrade’, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are ‘diywfupgrade’ and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

  I can log-off diywfupgrade but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what username to properly log in with to use my diywfu.wordpress.com

  please help.

  I have figured out the new, paid for, account is somehow linked to an old email account of mine I cannot access anymore.

  Nope, that wasn’t it. No clue what account is now tied to diywfu

  My wordpress account shows NO purchases although I did get a an email of “VERIFICATION REQUIRED – Please verify your domain name(s) as soon as possible” and did so.

  all attempts to recover passwords or even figure out WHAT account https://diy-wfu.com/ is attached to have failed.

  Please, PLEASE help WordPress.

  Account shows no domains despite having purchased. Without domains or purchase upgrade showing, thus I cannot access the support I need.

  This is how you would login to a self hosted WordPress site.

  Self hosted WordPress is different from WordPress.com (here). To login to WordPress.com you just need to enter your credentials at https://wordpress.com/

  This guide outlines some of the differences between WordPress.com and the self hosted version of WordPress: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  diy-wfu.com was purchased under a different user account. You need to login with that account at https://wordpress.com in order to access that site and dashboard. This is a different account than the one you’ve contacted us from here.

  As mentioned before, all attempts to figure out what account of mine was attached to the purchase have failed. I cannot move forward until I receive assistance in figuring that out.

  I assume that could be done from your end somehow via emails or something attached to the diy-wfu.com
