Accessing my old website on wordpress

    I have a wordpress website whihc went down two weeks ago. I cannot get the login information from my web designer however I need access to get all the infomratino that is on the old site so I cna transfer it accross to the new website.
    How cna I get this information?

    It would be helpful If you could share your website URL with us. And please check whether your old website is hosted on wordpress.com.
